1. Selct the appropriate category for your video.

2. Click the select file button to find the video you would like to upload from your computer.

3. Enter the title of the video inside the title text field.

4. Describe the type of video by entering a description in the description text field.

5. Add tags or keywords and seperate multiple tags with spaces in the tags field so other users can find your video.

6. Please read the Terms of Use and check the box confirming that you have done so.

7. Click the Upload file button to upload your video. Please note that your video will be posted after approval.

Requirements:

Maximum file size per video: 100MB

Accepted video file formats: .wmv, .mpv, .mov, .mpeg, .mpg, .avi, .asf
