A 46-year-old woman in a wheelchair was hit by two cars Tuesday night.
The accident happened around 7:45 p.m. at the intersection of Blackstone and Shields.
The woman was rushed to the hospital.
Investigators believe the woman is homeless.
The driver of the first car stopped, and is cooperating with police but the driver of the second car sped off.
The vehicle is described as a white four door. Anyone with information is asked to call police.
