A Bulldog gang member, accused of burglary is behind bars.
Officers spotted 22-year-old Martin Garcia riding his bike near Tulare & First Street in Fresno late Tuesday night.
He took off when they tried to talk to him because it turns out he was wanted for a burglary at a home earlier in the day and is also on felony probation for domestic violence and cruelty to a child.
Police say he was carrying a loaded bb gun that looked like a Glock when he was arrested.
