Visalia Heroin Bust Leads To Two Arrests

Visalia Police arrested two men for possessing heroin Friday night.

Officers arrested Richard Contreras 52, and Willie Champion 44, after officers searched their home on the 1500 block of W. Sady in Visalia.

According to officers, heroin and syringes were found inside the home.

Both men were arrested and booked in Tulare County Jail.
