The victim of a car theft rolled another vehicle on Shaw Avenue while trying to chase the thief who stole his car.
The victim says his car was taken around 6:00 a.m. Wednesday morning. He jumped into another car and followed the suspect but lost control on Shaw near 6th Street in Fresno, and crashed into a tree in the median.
The victim was left partially paralyzed in the crash.
The suspect got away but undercover officers later tracked down the stolen car and arrested a 22-year-old suspect.
