Singer Vicente Fernandez has cancelled his November 16th concert at Fresno's Selland Arena. The singer is also cancelling the rest of his tour dates in Stockton, San Jose, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Guadalajara. Fernandez is underoing surgery to remove a lump on his liver. Concert refunds will be available on Monday, November 5th at the original point of purchase.
