Police are investigating reports of vandalism after some bizarre notices were put up at a Fresno apartment complex.

The incident happened at the Arbor Place Apartments near Cedar and Barstow.

Police say notices were glued around the complex stating that management would no longer accept applications from African-Americans.

Fresno police were called to the complex on Monday because several door locks and gates were vandalized with glue. Investigators say it's the same glue used to hang the posters and think it might be retaliation for a recent eviction.

Management has not been available for comment.
