Update: A pregnant Modesto woman who was reported missing Monday morning was found safe and sound on Tuesday in Madera.

She was reported missing by her mother who suspected she may have been in danger and in the custody of her ex boyfriend, Eric Davis.

She was found with Davis at a Madera hotel and police say she was not injured and went willingly.

Modesto Police will following-up the case to determine the circumstances surrounding the note left by Costello and why she unexpectedly left her two children, ages 1 and 3, with her mother without any explanation. They also want to know why she called her mother Monday afternoon requesting help.

No charges have been filed.

Police are asking for the public's help in finding a missing pregnant woman who disappeared Monday morning.

21-year-old Liza Costello is 9-months pregnant and her mother says she believes she is with 22-year-old Eric Davis.

Costello left a note in her room at her mothers home saying if she didn't return to call police.

Lt. Rick Armendariz with the Modesto Police Department said, "The only contact the family has had since she went missing last night, early this morning, is one brief phone call around 1:30 this afternoon where she basically abruptly got on the phone and quickly said she needed help and then the line was disconnected."

The pair lived in Fresno and Clovis before Costello left Davis and moved in with her mother.

Davis is believed to be driving a blue, 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe SUV with Louisiana license plate number TGU274.

If you have any information on this case, you're asked to call the Modesto Police Department.
