City Council delayed their meeting for 2 hours to make the final vote on whether or not to privatize trash.

It was a vote they should have made at the last City Council meeting, but it never even reached the table when two council members, Blong Xiong and Sal Quintero walked out of the meeting unexpectedly.

City Council plans to make a final vote on it before the end of the day.
