Highway 198 was shut down on Friday afternoon west of Coalinga due to a crash involving a tanker truck. It happened around 3:30pm. The truck was carrying about 4,200 gallons of liquid fertilizer. It started to leak from the overturned tanker. The driver had minor injuries from the crash.
