A 76-year-old man on probation for DUI was arrested after hitting a police car while drunk.
Witnesses called 911 after reportedly seeing Maly Maly dring the wrong direction and driving on two flat tires.
When police tried to stop him, he apparently put the car in reverse and hit a patrol car.
He then got stuck in a flower bed at Clovis and Tulare.
Police say Maly was "stumbling drunk, but in a vehicle."
