People in the community, one by one stopped by to make their donations and Ma Ming couldn't be more grateful.

"I feel more and more warm in my heart because there are so many kind people to help," said Ma Ming, the man who's bag was stolen.

The family from China is trying to pick up the pieces after they say they lost almost everything in the grocery store. Mong shows us his wife's ring and said they
were thinking of selling it.

"It just breaks my heart," said Mary Helen Rogers.

Rogers said she watched our story about the family's struggle and stopped by to make a monetary donation.

"They can go and buy what they actually need rather than having to exchange anything," said Rogers.

People kept coming.  Andrea Furman even drove all the way from Hanford.  she
has a little boy and says she felt compelled to do something.

"The story that I saw, I immediately said I need to go and help them.  Just something hit me," said Furman.

We showed the family pictures of the two suspects police believe stole their pink bag. Mong says he's surprised police were able to identify them so quickly.
The thieves may have made off with the bag, and the money may be gone forever, but Mong and his family say they have the important things.

"Our family together.  It's okay, it's okay," said Mong.
