State charges have now been filed against the Clovis teacher accused of molesting a young student.
Freedom Elementary teacher, Neng Yang faces 45 state counts of sexually molesting a child.
He'll be in court Wednesday.
Yang's child molestation case has been turned over to the District Attorney's Office.
Depending on how the State and Federal cases play out, he could spend 15 years to life in prison.
"This could be a very difficult case on the defence side. Prosecution has very compelling evidence," said CBS47 legal expert, Carl Faller
Yang is due back in Federal Court on Thursday.
