A Fresno Sheriff’s K-9 captures a suspect connected to two burglaries in Fresno.

It happened near McKinley and Maple.

The deputy confronted the suspect. The suspect reached into his pocket. Fearing for his safety, the deputy used a remote to release his canine partner from the patrol car.

The Sheriff’s department is now trying to determine if the man is connected to other burglaries in the county.

Why is noting being said about the recent home invasion robberies in the Shepard and Fowler area. The suspects are entering when people are at home breaking security gates and in one case pulling a knife on the home owners. Then they get caught and released to be seen driving back in the neighborhoods. This has all happened since 4th of July. Guess it's not important enouigh because no one has been hurt yet...
