A health warning - stay away from the Kings River. From Fresno County to Tulare County, don't go near the water. 63-thousand gallons of raw sewage spilled from the waste water treatment plant in Reedley.

Why has is it taking this long for signs to be posted and the river to be closed, and why didn't your reporters ask the City of Reedley those questions?
