Sentencing for convicted rapist, Spencer Scarber, has been rescheduled for Thursday.
Scarber has been on the run since his trial back in December.
The judge delayed sentencing until law enforcement could track him down and he was finally located in Mexico last week.
His parents and sister were also arrested and are accused of helping him escape.
Spencer Scarber is still in jail but his relatives are all out on bail.
Spencer's father, Kyle Scarber, is an assistant chief with the California Highway Patrol and is currently on leave from the department.
