On Thursday morning, investigators in Kings County are trying to figure out if some bones that they had found in a BBQ pit are human.
On Wednesday, Kings County Fire Department got a call about a fire at a home on Avenue 24-1/2 and Excelsior, which is located in Riverdale.
Upon arrival, the fire department found a marijuana crop had caught fire. They had investigated further, only to stumble across some bones that they had found in a barbecue pit.
Family members say that the man who lives at the home is missing, and has been since Tuesday night.
The Kings County Sheriff’s Department suspects foul play.
