Board of Supervisors vote to post pone re hearing environmental impact report in exchange for restrictive covenant agreement.

Restrictive covenant puts 100% ban on mining at Jesse Morrow Mountain and the company behind it, Cemex is ok with the idea.

Board of Supervisors vote 4-0 on re hearing the EIR for Cemex.

The agreement won't take effect until Junauary 2013
