Porterville man arrested for sex with minors

A Porterville man is under arrest, accused of having sex with a minor.

In December, a 15-year-old girl told police 24-year-old John Menchaca sexually assaulted her.

Detectives also tracked down a 14-year-old girl who claims Menchaca abused her when she was around six.
