Tuesday is the June Primary Election. Polls are open until 8:00 p.m.
Turnout is not expected to be high because the two main presidential candidates have already been decided and the two propositions on the ballot are not generating a lot of excitement.
Representative Jim Costa said, "Decisions are made that impact people's lives and you exercise your right to vote and you have an opportunity to weigh in."
