Fresno police are investigating the city's 8th homicide of the year.
A 21-year-old was stabbed to death in the area of Shields and Chestnut.
Police say the murder is gang-related.
Last year at this time there had been 10 murders in the City of Fresno.
The name of the victim has not been released.
