Fresno police say 35-year-old Fernando Figueroa is responsible for the shooting death of 30-year-old Sergio Lopez over the weekend.
Lopez was found shot to death at an apartment near Peach and Kings Canyon.
Police also found a small amount of drugs at the scene.
Investigators says Figueroa may be in the company of 27-year-old Alyeen Garcia.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call the Fresno Police Department.
