Pedestrian hit near Roeding Park

An overnight crash that injured a pedestrian is under investigation.

The man is in critical condition after he was hit around 2:00 a.m. Monday morning on Belmont near Fresno's Roeding Park.

The driver did stop and is cooperating. Investigators say the driver was not under the influence.

Police say the man was not in a cross walk and are trying determine where he was coming from Aldo's bar across from where the accident occurred.
