The residents don't want more traffic? If wishes were ponies, I'd have a hundred. I'd like to limit the bike-stealing, car-stealing, home burglary prone dumpster-diving riff-raff on my street. But that would also limit availability to the residents of the bluffs who come to the Tower to let their hair down. Stop sounding like selfish toddlers and let the public enjoy state property, folks.
