Police are investigating an overnight shooting at an apartment complex near Peach and Olive.
The shooting happened around 2:00 a.m. at the Sylmar Placed Apartments, just south of the airport.
There was a 2-month-old and 4-year-old child inside the apartment at the time of the shooting but they were not injured.
The shooter fired from the parking lot area outside the apartment, shooting through a window and through a sliding glass door, hitting two African-American males in their 20s and an 18-year-old African-American woman.
The woman was struck in the upper body and was listed in critical condition. The two males were treated for non life-threatening wounds and are expected to recover.
Neighbors say there is a lot of gang and drug activity in the area.
Police are investigating to determine if an earlier fight at the complex was related to the shooting and have offered a $1,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of the shooter.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Fresno Police Department.
