There is no official word on what caused a fire near Broadway and Belmont in Fresno but crews do call it suspicious.

The garage of a small apartment building caught fire around midnight Wednesday night.

Fire crews kept flames from spreading but one was damaged.

This is the latest in a string of fires in that area over the last couple months and investigators say homeless people may be to blame.
