Officers opened fire on a woman when they say pointed a toy gun at them.
Police got a call of a woman lying in a parking lot at Robertson and Front Street around 7:30 p.m. Sunday night.
When officers arrived, they saw a gun in her hand and she reportedly pointed it at them, forcing them to shoot her.
The gun turned out to be a toy.
The woman's name and condition have not been released.
