Such a JOKE. Ask anyone who's tried to use their "call center" what kind of response they've gotten for the $3.2 million we've been paying them for DECADES. All across Fresno County, hundreds of animals breathed a sigh of relief - because they knew they would never end up in the hands of Killer Caffrey and the Central California Society for the Slaughter of Animals.
