33-year-old David Tilley is under arrest for allegedly raping a servicewoman at Lemoore Naval Air Station.

Tilley is a civilian and was arrested on Monday, the day after the alleged attack occurred.

Lemoore Naval Air Station says it has no comment but is cooperating with investigators.
