Murder suspect surrenders to police

Fresno police have a murder suspect in custody. 27-year-old Dexter Murphy surrendered to officers over the weekend.

Murphy was wanted for a murder in southwest Fresno last Saturday.

35-year-old Wayne Devine was shot and killed at an apartment complex on Delno Avenue.

Police say Murphy is a gang member.
