Details continue to come in regarding the shooting in Colorado, including the photo of the suspect in custody.
24-year-old James Holmes is the man police in Aurora, Colorado arrested. They say Holmes did not put up a fight when he was taken into custody in the parking lot of the theater.
Twelve people have been confirmed killed in the shooting and at least 16 more are in critical condition.
Police found explosives in the suspect's car and found buckets of ammunition and chemicals inside his nearby apartment.
Holmes wore a gas mask and military style clothing during the attack and had an assault rifle, 2 pistols and a knife.
Police say the gunman acted alone but some theaters are stepping up security for the busy weekend.
There are 44 showings on Friday of The Dark Knight Rises at Edwards Stadium and Imax in Fresno and management says there is security inside and out, which is normal for them.
