Missing disabled Fresno teen found

Police say the girl was found Tuesday afternoon at a friend's house.




A 14-year-old girl with the mental capacity of a 5-year-old is missing.

Joanna Hicks was last seen Sunday night playing basketball at Glory Bound Ministries Church near California and Tulare Streets. 

She was wearing a gray sweater, gray and black tee shirt, black jeans and black shoes.

Joanna has brown hair and brown eyes.
