The 49ers fans had their adrenaline pumping for the game...
But at halftime...even though their team was losing, their good friend had just won big.
“I got her I got her. And I said yes!”
Richard Perez proposed to his girlfriend after a year and a half of dating.
“I’m not going to wait another 18 years,” he cheered.
She stood out in a pink Jersey, and bling, while their fans cheered them on.
“I love both these guys man. And make sure you bring that camera to that wedding because it's going to be off the hook,” said his friend.
Elsewhere in town, house parties were more intimate.
“We try to have a few parties a year like pool Christmas and this is just another occasion,” said Chris Green.
The Greens threw up the 120 inch projector screen, and feasted on a fancy Asian and American spread.
Bars were packed.
Swiggs in Fresno is home to 49ers fans.
“That has a lot to do with my husband. He's a huge 49er fan so he wouldn't have it any other way,” said Swiggs owner Gina Jew.
The newly engaged couple feels the same way.
“This is every girl's dream,” said Brandie Garcia.
