Fresno Police say a murder suspect was the victim’s half brother.
54-year-old Juvenal Pimental was arrested after police spotted him Saturday morning, pushing a shopping cart with an unconscious man inside, near Jackson and Olive Avenues in Fresno.
Police say the victim was suffering from a blunt force trauma to his upper body and later died from his injuries.
Police believe Pimental injured his half brother and was attempting to dispose of the body when he was spotted by officers.
