Law enforcement agencies around the Valley are working together after a series of hotel robberies.
Investigators say it looks like the same group is responsible for about seven different robberies over the past few days.
The method has been the same in each of the robberies: two men and a woman bust into the lobby and head straight for the cash register while holding the clerk at gunpoint.
Kingsburg Police Chief Jeff Dunn said, "Whether they're local criminals that are targeting the Fresno County region or they're transient criminals that are going up and down the state is yet to be determined. Several, ours included, off the freeway 99 and I believe the others are closer to I-5."
One of the robberies turned violent when a suspects struck a woman working at one of the hotels.
