44-year-old David Santillan was arrested for a weekend hit and run crash in Fresno.
Investigators say he ran over a bike rider crossing the street near Cedar and Belmont Sunday night.
The victim in his 50s was apparently wearing dark clothing
He's in critical condition at Community Regional Medical Center.
Police say Santillan pulled over after hitting the bicyclist but then left the car and ran away.
Officers arrested the suspect at his home a shot time later.
Santillan is facing hit and run and DUI charges.
