New information has been released by federal investigators looking into charges of animal abuse at a Hanford meat processor.
Investigators say none of the sick cows, secretly videotaped being mistreated, entered the food supply.
The feds say there were no violations of food safety laws at the Central Valley Meat Company.
The USDA closed the plant for a week after undercover video, shot by an animal rights group, showed cows being kicked, shocked, suffocated and shot.
Investigators are still looking into the alleged inhumane treatment.
