'Guardian Angel' watching sex offenders

Really highly likely that they will re-offend!!!! Where do you people get your facts. Most do not re offend. Get a new fixation and stop scaring the public un needlessly. Guess we should take children out of their homes because that is where it is most likely to happen by a family member or a close friend of the family.

Highly likely to re-offend? What if that isn't true factually? What if, legally speaking, it is highly UNLIKELY that a person will re-offend who is on a registry? The fact of the matter is, the State, as made an assertion (continued dangerousness) and did so based upon pure speculation, inuendo, and rumor. Do you people really believe your registry has to be followed when the basis of registry laws (continued dangeorusness) is applied without any regard to any particular individual? Do you people really beieve your registry laws have to be followed when the only outcome of the registry is a loss of safety and/security for the offender? Do you really believe a registry has to be followed when the registry is used to systemtatically banish from every social aspect of society, done decades after a sentence has been served and done without hearing and without appeal or challenge? Do you really believe a legislature has the power to determine whole groups of people dangerous? Do you really believe that the legislature can ignore facts and restrict people solely based upon a theory of protecttion. The point of the matter is, the registry does not have to be followed. It doesn't protect the community, it strips legal protection from offenders, and has no mechanism to be challenged AND the legislature, during every legislative session is passing ex-post facto laws in contravention of the U.S. Constitution. If you think someone is dangerous, but that person is not under a lawful sentence, the State MUST bring that person back to court and SHOW a continued dangerousness. Only totalitarian government are allowed to create police States around anyone they feel like it. You think you can strip freedom through legislative fiat? You cannot. THAT is the reason your registry IS not being followed.
