Three people are under arrest after a gang shootout in Fresno Thursday night.
Devon Packard was actually shot in the incident, but is expected to survive.
Joe gully and Andre Phelps were also arrested.
Gang investigators found guns and ammunition during the investigation.
They also discovered crystal meth.
