City leaders met for the annual State of Downtown breakfast on Tuesday with a focus on the Fulton Mall.

It would be a lot cheaper to make parking free downtown everywhere. One hour free then you have to move your car. That would allow people to come downtown and check out things like Carthop and the museums. It would let them shop at the existing stores. And it would not require millions of dollars and the destruction of the mall.
