A Fresno man could spend the rest of his life in prison for killing his infant son.

Three-month-old Elijah Hamilton died from blunt force trauma in 2008.
A jury could not reach a verdict in Hamilton's trial last year. He pleaded no contest to second degree murder before the start of a new trial.
