A 21-year-old man was shot overnight at a gas station in Fresno.
The victim was reportedly with a group of people and got into an argument with another group that pulled up at the station.
Both groups fired shots at the other.
The victim, Leo Torres, was taken to the hospital.
Police say he is not cooperating and they believe the shooting is gang related.
