August 18, 2012

An accident between a motorcycle and a car has left one man in his early 20's dead.

The accident occurred on the intersection of Fowler and Behymer in Clovis at around 3:20PM.

CHP said the motorcycle was traveling south on Fowler and had just passed another vehicle when the female driver of the other vehicle tried to make a left hand turn on Behymer. As a result, the motorcyclist crashed into the passenger side of the vehicle and suffered fatal injuries. No one in the car was hurt.

As of 4:45PM CHP and other emergency crews were still on scene and have blocked off the road in that area.

I'd be willing to bet the driver of the car never gave a signal, no one in Fresno does anymore.
