A 16-month old baby was hit and killed by a car in Visalia.
It happened on Laura Street near near Walnut and Ben Maddox Way.
Police were called to Kaweah Delta Medical Center where the child had been taken in a private car.
She was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The case is still under investigation.
