Fresno's Discovery Center received a couple of truckloads of new pieces that will go on exhibit, including items from the Challenger Space Center.
The Discovery Center is a non-profit organization, so donations are vital to keeping it afloat.
Some of the pieces have actually been shown in Fresno before. "We have a lot of pieces that used to be at the MET and a lot of new pieces that are from the Challenger Space Center... probably enough to actually fill another museum if we had the space," said Ian Gaudelock with the Discovery Center.
A lot of them are fun and hands on, like microscopes, gravity experiments, and even a tornado machine.
The Discovery Center is located on Winery Avenue, near Chestnut and McKinley Avenues.
