Robert Vega is the loudest Niners fan at the bar.

His team is in the Superbowl for the first time in 18 years ...and you know what that means.

“What does it mean? It’s a big game for everybody. Too bad we don't have Monday off,” he said.

He and fellow fans... Ravens and Niners alike...will be drinking like it's a four-day weekend.

But drinking smart.

“We have our phone programmed. No drinking and driving. We call it and they pick us up," he said.

They'll call “Sober Guys.”

“We come and pick u up if you've had one too many. we'll get you and your vehicle home safely,” said Sober Guys Driver Alex French.

Paying about $35 for a ride home... for you and your car... makes sense.

A DUI arrest could cost thousands of dollars and innocent lives.

Fresno Officer George Valdez...made his first arrest early Friday.

“We’ll be out looking for impaired drivers near bars pretty much anywhere in the city,” said Officer Valdez.

It'll be a busy weekend for traffic officers across the valley.

There's a local effort to stop drunk driving...it's called "avoid the 21,” for the 21 law enforcement agencies taking part.

“Well it's just too crazy out there to drive. People aren't as cautious as they used to be,” said Carol Kalpakoff who’s staying home.

Her modo, if you don't plan on laying low...play by the rules.

“We don't drink and drive,” said Robert Vega.
