A 21-year-old man was arrested Sunday morning for suspicion of DUI after he lost control of his truck and flipped it over near Shields and Maple in Fresno.
Police say Harold Sommers was driving drunk with a passenger in his pickup when he hit another car, tried to get away and lost control of his vehicle.
Sgt. John Romo with the Fresno Police Department said, “He exited Shields too fast, unable to negotiate the turn, collided with a curb and struck a city tree.”
Fortunately there were no serious injuries.
