Cyclist killed Tuesday morning in Clovis

A bicyclist was struck and killed early Tuesday morning while riding in the area of Copper Ave. and Auberry Rd.

The cyclist was struck by a car around 5:30 a.m. in the area that has become very popular with bike riders but can also be very dangerous.

No names have been released.
