Woodward Park got a colorful makeover today.
Over 9,000 runners from all over the valley participated in the Color Me Rad 5k, where runners where sprayed with colorful cornstarch during the 3 mile run.
“It was so much fun, we were sprayed with color the entire time I have in my teeth and mouth and everywhere, but it was a blast,” Kelli Muirhei said.
All proceeds of the run went to the Ronald McDonald House which will be opening their day service expansion allowing them to serve more families in need.
