Clovis police looking for a bank robber and are asking for the public's help to find him.

The man was caught on tape hitting the West America Bank at Shaw and Clovis Avenues Wednesday afternoon.

Police say he showed up with a note demanding cash. The man did not show any type of weapon and there were no injuries.

Janet Stoll-Lee with the Clovis Police Department said, "Right after that, officers combed the area, the area businesses, to see if perhaps the suspect might be in one of those businesses. He was not, so we're asking for the people's help in trying to locate the suspect."

Meantime, Fresno police are still looking for a bank robber who hit a Central Valley Community Bank at Clovis and Kings Canyon earlier this week.

Investigators say the two robberies are not connected.
